For the past 30 years Rowan has been involved in Leadership and Management Training and has for the past 20 years owned his own training company that operates both in South Africa and Namibia as a training provider that offers outcomes based training. Rowan has also been a Management Mentor to several corporates and has written various outcomes based training manuals. Rowan is a founding member of DNL Training established the concepts of Leader-Rings and Commodities of Trust. Rowan holds a DBA (Doctorate in Business Administration).
